- Working with clients to develop MEPA filings for a large warehouse development in Central Massachusetts
- Working with clients to develop MEPA filings for a complex industrial redevelopment in an Environmental Justice community
- Obtained MEPA certificates for a new commercial development in Worcester County which featured Environmental Justice and Endangered Species components
- Developed and implemented a successful permitting and public relations strategy for a construction & demolition debris recycling facility in Central Massachusetts
Residential Projects
- Working with clients on an extensive MEPA filing to assist in the development a large new Active Adult Community in Middlesex County
- Working with clients to submit a MEPA filing for a Residential subdivision in Worcester County
Environmental Mitigation & Remediation
- Advised Central Massachusetts homeowners and businesses on resolving potential state enforcement fines
Transportation and Energy
- Developed state and federal permitting strategies for the first offshore LNG terminal along the East Coast

- Addressed significant state regulatory issues at a former industrial waterfront facility in a Designated Port Area (DPA)
